Studio 21 Tattoo Gallery has been a family-owned, artist-driven tattoo studio in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2003. Founded by the Spencer family and still run by them today, the shop began with a simple goal: blend the professionalism and creativity of an art gallery with the energy of a top-tier tattoo studio. Now in its 22nd-plus year, the studio has grown into a shop double the size of its original location, staffed by seven to nine artists working across a wide range of styles, including traditional, fine line, Japanese, and illustrative tattooing.

Located just minutes off the Las Vegas Strip, the studio welcomes both walk-ins and appointments, serving locals and tourists alike with custom tattoo work. Beyond day-to-day tattooing, it hosts recurring events such as Tiny Tattoo Club fine-line flash sessions, Tatts n' Tacos, and Vino & Vinyl, plus offers on-site tattoo services for private parties and full studio buyouts for corporate or VIP gatherings. The atmosphere is described as down-to-earth, inclusive, and client-first, with a crew that takes pride in giving every client, whether getting their first tattoo or their fiftieth, a genuine and unforgettable experience.
