Grinn & Barrett Tattoo is a longstanding tattoo studio in Omaha, Nebraska, founded in 1991 and recognized as one of the city's first tattoo shops. In 2016, artist Jeremiah Connor purchased the business and revitalized the shop, and in June 2022 the studio relocated to a newly revitalized business district on Center Street. Over the decades it has built a reputation for Midwestern hospitality, welcoming hometown clients alongside out-of-town visitors and guest artists with the same warmth and care.
Clients can bring in a reference image or an idea, or work one-on-one with an artist to develop a custom piece rendered in either bold, lasting color or classic black and grey. The staff and artists are known for being friendly, helpful, and highly skilled, aiming to make every client feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. The studio has been honored with "Best of the Big O" from the Reader Magazine and "Best of Omaha" from Omaha Magazine. It's open seven days a week from noon to 8 p.m., with walk-ins welcome on Saturdays and appointments available for personal consultations and studio tours.
