The studio was founded by NYNick, a classically trained artist with a BFA from Pratt Institute, who left a career as an art director in 2015 to pursue tattooing full time, bringing more than 20 years of fine arts and design experience into the shop. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are always welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, though in-person consultations are recommended for custom design work. The studio is open seven days a week, with Mondays reserved for tattoo services only.
Inside, the atmosphere is built around warmth, acceptance, and zero judgment, with a team of artists who treat client visions as collaborators rather than just technicians. No idea is considered too bold or too unusual, and every session is approached as a blend of art, energy, and self-expression. Complimentary coffee and refreshments are offered to make each visit feel like a genuine escape rather than just a transaction. Described as more than a studio, it operates as a community space where clients are guided with empathy through what can be a deeply personal experience, leaving with both meaningful body art and a memorable experience.
