Everheart Tattoo Co. is an Osage-owned tattoo studio in Independence, Missouri, serving the greater Kansas City metro area. The shop is led by owner and artist Chris Layman, alongside artist Sammy, offering custom tattoos, flash designs, and walk-ins every day of the week. The studio emphasizes bold linework and healed-strong tattoos, bringing heritage and craftsmanship into each piece. Every visit begins with a free consultation to discuss ideas, placement, and timeline before a tattoo appointment is scheduled, giving clients a clear and transparent process from concept through completion.
Operating as a licensed and inspected shop, the studio uses single-use needles and follows strict preparation and aftercare guidance, including washing gently with unscented soap and applying a thin layer of ointment while a new tattoo heals. Clients must be 18 or older with valid government-issued photo ID. The shop is open Monday through Sunday from 11am to 7pm, with walk-ins welcomed daily alongside scheduled consultations. Established in 2024, this Independence studio has built a reputation as a nationally recognized destination for clean, well-executed tattoo work in the Kansas City area.
