Inkni Studios is an appointment-only tattoo studio in Portland, Maine, specializing in fine line and illustrative tattoo work. Woman co-owned by Vern and Chris, who opened the studio in early 2024, the shop is built on a foundation of trust and craftsmanship, with a team of skilled artists dedicated to bringing each client's vision to life with precision and care. The atmosphere is comfortable and approachable, designed for anyone seeking a personal, one-on-one tattoo experience rather than a walk-in shop feel.

Artists at the studio are upfront and honest about pricing, and if a particular vision isn't the right fit for one artist, clients are pointed toward another team member better suited to the project. Safety and sanitation are treated as top priorities: the studio is licensed and regulated by the state, using single-use needles and sterilized equipment throughout every session. Beyond tattooing, the studio offers dedicated resources for clients, including detailed aftercare guidance and a straightforward booking process, reflecting a commitment to quality and professionalism from consultation through healing.
