Appointments are arranged directly through email, with a required non-refundable deposit to secure booking time, and new clients are encouraged to review the studio's FAQ before reaching out. The lobby is intentionally small, so clients are asked to arrive at or just before their scheduled time to keep stations properly sanitized between sessions. Contender Tattoo Studio also occasionally has booth space available for licensed tattooers or piercers with an established local clientele, reflecting its close ties to the Wichita community it has served for years.
