Phoenix Tattoo Studio has been part of the Raleigh, North Carolina community since 2005, offering a clean, safe, and friendly environment for clients. The shop is run by two artists, Lacie Frain and Brian Harris, who work by appointment only and ask that clients email them directly to set up a session, with deposits required for all bookings. The team is committed to producing beautiful work while treating every customer with kindness and respect.

Owner and tattoo artist Lacie Frain has been tattooing for over 20 years and specializes in portraits, black and gray realism, floral designs, and solid blackwork. Brian Harris, a Durham native tattooing in the Raleigh area since 2001, focuses on music-related, garden and plant, woodcut/etching, and literary tattoos, drawing influence from vintage concert posters, Art Nouveau, Pop Art, and Art Deco. Together they bring a wide range of styles under one roof, aiming to translate each client's ideas into lasting, well-crafted tattoos within a welcoming studio atmosphere.
