Art Attack Tattoo has served Winston-Salem and the Piedmont Triad since opening its doors on March 1st, 2008. The studio offers both tattooing and body piercing in a clean, inviting atmosphere, operating under regulation by the Forsyth County Health Department. Clients can consult with an artist on an existing design or have one custom drawn from their own ideas, and the shop is open Tuesday through Saturday, working primarily by appointment while accommodating walk-ins when time allows.

The artist team covers a wide range of specialties, including realism, black and gray realism, neo-traditional, Polynesian, portrait work, and trash polka, with one artist known for color-driven neo-traditional pieces and cover-up work. Body piercing services are handled by a full-time piercer who joined the studio in 2015 and is fluent in Spanish. Several artists bring military backgrounds to the shop, including U.S. Army and Navy veterans. Clients are encouraged to follow individual artists on Instagram to view current portfolios and book appointments directly.
