Tarott Tattoos is a tattoo studio in Cary, North Carolina, run by artist Tara Ott-Donahue. Self-taught as a tattooer and trained in fine arts through an MFA background, Tara brings a personal, artistic sensibility to every design she creates. Her work centers on meaningful, symbolic, whimsical, and one-of-a-kind pieces, developed collaboratively with each client so the finished tattoo feels true to their vision. The studio's offerings extend beyond tattooing itself, with resources covering the full client journey, from prepping for an appointment through aftercare guidance.
The studio is described as a space for connection, creativity, and comfort, welcoming clients whether they're getting their first tattoo or their tenth. Booking begins with a consultation appointment, and the site outlines clear shop policies and expectations to help clients prepare before sitting in the chair. Tarott Tattoos also offers merchandise alongside its tattoo services, rounding out the studio's presence beyond the tattoo chair. With an emphasis on care and collaboration at every step, the studio positions itself as an approachable, artist-led destination for custom tattoo work in the Cary area.
