Cera Tattoos operates out of Lasting Image Tattoos in Reading, Pennsylvania, where artist Cera has been working since January 2022 and completed her apprenticeship in July 2023. She specializes in black and grey tattooing, with particular focus on floral designs, signatures, skulls, animals and insects, ornamental work, and scar cover-ups. Her artistic background includes pencil and pen drawing as well as acrylic ink painting, and her goal is to create a unique piece for every client that leaves them feeling empowered by their new art.
Beyond custom black and grey tattoos, the studio offers restorative tattooing services, including scar camouflage to improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks affected by hypopigmentation, and areola and nipple reconstruction for breast cancer survivors following mastectomy or top surgery. Cera also became certified in cosmetic freckle tattooing in September 2023, creating natural-looking freckles and beauty marks on areas such as the nose, cheeks, shoulders, and collarbones. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and is described as a creative, extremely clean space within Lasting Image Tattoos.
