White Tiger Tattoo has been part of Rochester, New York's tattoo community since 1992, making it one of the area's long-standing studios. The shop operates by appointment only, with a roster of artists working in many varied styles, so clients can browse individual portfolios to find the right fit for their project. In addition to the Rochester location, the studio also runs a second shop in nearby Webster, giving the crew room to serve a wide range of clients across the region.
The team describes itself as a collective of artists bound together by a shared love of tattooing, and that family-like atmosphere shapes the studio's approach to custom work. Prospective clients are encouraged to reach out directly to discuss ideas, follow artists on social media, or contact the shop with questions, since booking availability varies by artist. Walk-ins are not typically available, reflecting a focus on custom, appointment-based tattooing rather than quick or drop-in work. The emphasis throughout is on getting to know clients and turning their ideas into permanent, personalized tattoos.
