The Mighty Horseman Tattoo Co.
1550 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10708
The Mighty Horseman Tattoo Co. operates by appointment only in Yonkers, New York, working out of space inside Hard Knox Tattoo. The studio is built around the work of artist Chuk Olaf Högnell, who has been tattooing full time since 1999. He specializes in Nordic and Celtic style knotwork, and is also well versed in dotwork and black and grey, while remaining able to accommodate almost any style clients bring to him. Projects are taken on a select, part-time basis, with clients encouraged to reach out directly by email to discuss ideas or designs before booking.
Appointments at The Mighty Horseman Tattoo Co. are arranged through direct email correspondence rather than social media, allowing for a personal, project-focused approach to custom tattooing. Clients are invited to share concepts of any size, from small pieces to larger custom work, and receive a direct response to begin planning their piece. For those wanting a current look at available designs and finished tattoos, the most up-to-date examples of the work are kept on Instagram. The studio's online gallery further showcases the range of custom pieces produced, reflecting a focus on detailed, artist-driven tattooing rooted in knotwork and fine linework traditions.
