Vang Tattoos is a tattoo studio in San Jose, California, built around the personal artistry of its founder, Vang, a Vietnamese-American artist dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and comforting space for every client. Her approach centers on genuine connection, describing her work as passionate tattooing done "with heart and drive." Clients are invited to bring their own detailed ideas to the table, including sizing, placement, and reference images, so each piece can be shaped around their individual vision, whether standalone or designed to fit alongside future work.
The studio offers flat-rate pricing based on detailing, size, placement, and complexity, and appointments are secured with a deposit to hold the scheduled time. Clients are encouraged to prepare beforehand by resting well, dressing comfortably, staying hydrated, and eating a light meal, since sessions can take a couple of hours to complete. Guests are welcome to accompany clients to appointments as long as the focus remains on the tattoo work itself. With a portfolio showcasing her range and a direct, personable booking process, the studio reflects a deeply individual, client-focused philosophy rooted in resilience and passion.
