Lions Den Tattoo Studio has been serving San Diego since 2014 from its home in Old Town. The shop describes itself as a welcoming space that accepts all people and all projects, reflecting an inclusive, no-judgment approach to tattooing that caters to a wide range of clients and ideas. This dedication to craft and community earned Lions Den recognition as San Diego's Best Tattoo Shop in 2023, followed by a runner-up finish for Best Tattoo Studio in 2024, cementing its reputation among the city's respected tattoo destinations.
The studio's artists maintain individual portfolios that prospective clients are encouraged to review before booking, allowing people to find the right artistic fit for their project. New clients start the process with a 15-minute consultation, scheduled through the studio's online booking system, during which the team discusses the client's idea before setting up the full appointment. This straightforward, consultation-first approach helps ensure each tattoo is planned thoughtfully. Located in San Diego, California, Lions Den continues to build on a decade of experience serving the local community with personalized attention to every project that comes through its doors.
