Free consultations are offered to discuss ideas, projects, and pricing before booking, and the team is upfront about turning down designs unlikely to age or suit a chosen placement well. While laser tattoo removal isn't offered, cover-up work on existing tattoos is available. No numbing products are used during sessions, as the studio prioritizes tattoo quality and healing outcomes.
