The studio is led by senior artist Lestar, alongside Ederi, who together head a wider collective known as Team SA. Ninety percent of the work produced is custom-designed for each individual client, with flash tattoos also available for those wanting a quicker option. The approach centers on crafting one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to each person's own taste, rather than repeating generic designs, giving clients a tattoo that is genuinely their own.

The studio's portfolio spans a wide range of styles, including cartoon and pop-culture pieces, script and lettering, florals, skulls, animals, and detailed black-and-grey work, reflecting a broad, versatile skill set. Lestar's background in music and art informs a meticulous, needle-by-needle approach to every design. The atmosphere embraces tattooing as a lifestyle and form of personal storytelling, welcoming clients into what the studio calls "Lester's Land."
