Barking Irons Tattoo

Barking Irons Tattoo is a walk-in tattoo studio located in the heart of Copenhagen, right by Rådhuspladsen at the end of Strøget. The shop is built around a spontaneous, drop-in tattoo experience, letting guests get small, personal designs the same day without booking ahead, while those wanting a specific appointment can also call in advance. The studio's artists work across old school, black and grey, fine line, and larger custom tattoo projects, each bringing their own style and creative input to the design process. Hygiene and professionalism are treated as top priorities, alongside a strong emphasis on customer service and ensuring guests feel comfortable throughout their visit.

The shop is open Monday through Saturday during the day, with evening hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays until midnight, times that are especially popular with walk-in customers seeking smaller tattoos. Beyond its resident team of tattooers, Barking Irons regularly hosts guest artists from around the world, particularly during the summer months, adding fresh styles and perspectives to the studio's offerings. Each artist maintains their own portfolio and gallery of flash work and finished tattoos, giving prospective clients a clear sense of individual style before booking. Set in central Copenhagen, the studio combines an easygoing, walk-in-friendly atmosphere with a genuinely experienced and versatile team of tattooers.
