Tattoostudio Schattenprojekt

Tattoostudio Schattenprojekt is a tattoo and piercing studio in Wiesbaden, run by Karin, who has worked as a tattoo artist for more than 20 years and operated her own business for over 17 of those years. She began her career in permanent make-up before developing into tattooing and later trained in piercing, for which the studio offers a private, screened-off room. Her work covers all tattoo genres, including cover-ups, though political motifs and finger tattoos are not offered. Her particular passion lies in ornamental work, dotwork, and floral designs, while she also brings a stylish approach to other motifs.

Individual, collaborative design is central to the approach at Schattenprojekt: customers are supported through the design process, with their wishes and ideas incorporated into a custom motif template, and Karin advises on choices that suit each client's body shape. Aftercare guidance and skin-type-specific advice are standard, and touch-ups are provided free of charge within the first six months after completion. All equipment is sterile, and the studio's working environment is regularly confirmed by health authority inspections. Walk-ins are welcome, and the studio now offers REACH-compliant, Germany-approved color tattoo inks.
