Tootz & Shellz Tattoo

Tootz'n'Shellz Tattoo sits in the heart of Mannheim's Jungbusch neighborhood, offering an easygoing atmosphere inside a charming old building. The resident team covers a wide range of styles: fine, sometimes red-ink linework and detailed, story-driven designs; bold abstract and graphic tattoos built from strong shapes and contrasts; and geometric, Maori-influenced, and ornamental work developed from years of experience in the industry. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 12 to 6pm, and the studio regularly hosts walk-in events where guests can get flash pieces or small custom tattoos while enjoying snacks, music, and good company.

Beyond its resident artists, the studio frequently welcomes talented guest artists specializing in playful sketchbook-style designs, graphic figurative "creatures" mixed with surreal elements, and fine dotwork realism inspired by botany and nature. The team also takes its craft beyond the studio, appearing at conventions and local markets around Mannheim to share their work and meet new people. Set on the first floor of a Jungbusch address, the space includes a welcoming waiting room and workspace designed for comfort. Appointments are booked directly with individual artists, and the studio stays open to new guest artists interested in working alongside the team.
