TRUE BLOODZ Tattoo is a tattoo studio located in the Hechtviertel neighborhood of Dresden, Germany, run together by artists Frank Boden and Carlo Sohl. Frank's passion lies in tattooing with his own twist on classic Old School motifs, often worked in black and grey. Carlo describes his approach as "Boldline-Comic" or "Graffiti-Traditionals," drawing on his love for the imagery of traditional tattooing across Asia, the USA, and Europe, reinterpreting these classic styles with a wink.

The studio's team also includes Mari Naumova, a tattoo artist originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, who has been tattooing for more than 13 years and found a new home and artistic base at the studio after fleeing the war. She focuses mainly on graphic tattoos with heavy use of black, while staying open to exploring new ideas together with her clients. Between Old School reinterpretations, bold traditional-inspired linework, and graphic black-heavy designs, the artists at this Dresden studio bring together a range of complementary styles under one roof, each shaped by an individual artistic voice and a shared passion for tattooing.
