Art Tattoo Shop Galway Ireland

Art Tattoo Shop has been part of Galway City's tattoo scene since 2012, operating from Terryland Retail Park on the Headford Road. The studio welcomes walk-ins seven days a week with no appointment necessary, inviting clients to browse an extensive collection of designs or bring their own custom ideas to life. The team, led by artist Artur Darocha, brings over two decades of experience with a specialty in black and grey tattooing, large-scale pieces, and realistic styles, while also producing vibrant color work and seamless cover-ups. The approach is collaborative, with artists working closely with clients to turn personal ideas into individually crafted tattoos.

Beyond custom tattooing, the studio offers laser tattoo removal using advanced technology to fade or fully remove existing ink, with each session tailored to the client's skin type, tattoo size, and color palette. Art Tattoo Shop uses World Famous Ink, valued for its rich pigmentation, smooth application, and long-lasting results, suited to both fine-line detail and bold, saturated designs. Whether clients are seeking a small piece, a large-scale custom design, or a cover-up transformation, the Galway studio positions itself as a welcoming, walk-in-friendly space for tattoo work of all kinds.
