The grocery tattoo gallery

The Grocery Tattoo Gallery, known as L'Épicerie Tattoo, has been a fixture of Bordeaux's tattoo scene for more than 15 years, located in the heart of the Victoire neighborhood just ten minutes from Gare St Jean. Originally founded in 2011, the studio was taken over in 2016 by Dougy, who leads a team of resident artists working across diverse styles. Visitors are welcomed to sit down with the team over a coffee to discuss their tattoo projects before committing to a design, reflecting the studio's relaxed, personal approach to consultations.

The house artists bring distinct specialties to the space: Dougy focuses on irezumi and old school American tattooing, developed through years of work in the luxury industry and extensive travel abroad. Alongside him, artists including Noksi, Dumano, and Amour le Hun contribute their own varied styles, while Limus offers piercing services on site. The studio also regularly hosts international guest artists, giving clients in Bordeaux access to a rotating range of techniques and influences within a single, welcoming address.
