28 Tattoo Studio is located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, within the Anzac Square Arcade. Founded in 2018, the studio relocated from Sunnybank to Brisbane City in January 2025. It was established by resident artist Tom, whose work centers on surreal illustrative tattooing. The studio's core aesthetic spans surrealism, darkness, black work, fine line and colored illustration, with a focus on originality and contemporary tattoo styles rather than repeating conventional designs.

Clients can book consultations or sessions by appointment, with selected walk-ins also welcomed. The studio offers an extensive collection of original, hand-drawn flash designs that can only be viewed in-store. Every piece is treated as a lasting work of art, with the team maintaining high standards for both aesthetics and technical quality throughout the tattooing process. Art, drawing and tattooing are approached as a shared creative medium between artist and client, with the ultimate goal of ensuring every visitor leaves with a beautiful, lifelong piece of body art reflecting the studio's distinct illustrative vision.
