Susatattoo is a tattoo studio in Sabadell, Spain, founded by Susanna Puig, an artist born in the city and known throughout the local tattoo world by her nickname, Susatattoo. She trained for five years at the Escola la Massana in Barcelona, spending her final year in Ulster, Northern Ireland, on an exchange program. She then went on to learn the tattooing trade in Berlin, spending two years working in a studio run by members of the Ángeles del Infierno, who taught her the craft firsthand.
After training in Berlin, Susanna spent years traveling the world as a working tattoo artist, using each stop to earn a living and develop her creative style. Following seven years based in Berlin, she chose to return home to Sabadell, where she opened the city's first tattoo studio in 1995. That studio remains rooted in Sabadell today, carrying forward the experience she gathered across Barcelona, Northern Ireland, Berlin, and her travels abroad into a single, locally established tattooing practice.
