Roots Tattoo Granada

Roots Tattoo Granada is a tattoo and piercing studio located in Granada, Spain, run by an artist who has been tattooing since 1996 and has operated his own studio in the city since 2005, bringing more than 20 years of experience to every session. The studio works across the full range of tattoo styles, offering color, shading, and flat-ink work, and takes particular pride in cover-ups and touch-ups, handling both template-based and freehand approaches to transform or refresh existing tattoos. Custom flash designs are also available, with personalized artwork offered at no extra cost.

Piercing services are carried out with sterile, high-quality materials, covering piercing and ring placement across all areas of the body. The atmosphere is described as professional yet approachable, with an emphasis on close, direct communication with clients before and during their tattoo or piercing experience. Beyond the tattooing itself, the studio maintains an extensive blog covering tattoo history, culture, symbolism, and care, along with a glossary of tattoo-related terms and a published book on the philosophy and artistry of tattooing, reflecting a deep, long-standing engagement with the craft.
