Bambú Tattoo

Bambú Tattoo is a tattoo and piercing studio located in Gijón, Spain, built around personalized, one-of-a-kind designs. The team works across nearly every style imaginable, from black-and-grey to full color, covering realism, oriental, bio-organic, dotwork, old school, blackwork and more, with a particular focus on creating original artwork tailored to each client rather than repeating existing designs. The studio also handles cover-ups and reworks of existing tattoos, offering an honest first assessment of what is realistically achievable before any needle touches skin.

Beyond tattooing, the studio maintains an extensive and varied jewelry collection for piercing work, including surface piercings and stretching, carried out with strict hygiene and safety standards and using high-quality materials. Clients also receive guidance on proper aftercare and follow-up checks to ensure healing goes smoothly. The atmosphere is described as close, personal and family-like, with attentive, one-on-one treatment for every client who walks through the door. The studio in Gijón also rents out workspace to tattoo artists in need of a place to work, reflecting an open, collaborative approach to the craft alongside its client-facing services.
