The Lotus Tattoo Studio

The Lotus Tattoo Studio has been operating in Peterborough since 2009, offering tattooing and design work in a private, discreet setting rather than a busy high-street shop. All design consultations and tattoos are carried out by appointment only, giving clients an exclusive and relaxed experience away from crowded studio floors. The studio is registered with the local authority, fully licensed and insured, and all instruments and equipment are sterilised and autoclaved to hospital standards.

Tattoo artist Jon Pinning trained through a traditional apprenticeship in Norfolk before returning to his hometown of Peterborough to open a studio built around privacy and comfort for clients of all age groups. He specialises in and has a particular passion for Japanese tattoo art, while also working across colour, black and grey, script, and cover-up tattoos thanks to a broad range of creative skills. Clients unsure of what they want can book a free design consultation, during which ideas and possibilities are discussed before any work begins, ensuring the finished piece truly reflects the individual.
