Urban Ink

Urban Ink is a tattoo studio based in Totton, Southampton, offering a friendly environment for both newcomers and seasoned tattoo collectors. The team of artists brings a wide range of specialties, including realism, portraits, colour work, traditional, stipple and linework, along with bespoke sleeve design, tattoo re-vamps and cover-ups. Custom design is central to the studio's approach, with artists working closely alongside clients to translate their ideas into unique, wearable art. The owner brings over 13 years of tattooing experience and an extensive artistic background, while the wider team includes artists with formal art training and growing portfolios spanning flash designs to large-scale colour pieces.

Tattoos are treated as a personal and lasting commitment rather than a quick transaction, and the studio takes time getting to know each customer to ensure every piece is right for them. Clients can browse artist portfolios and a gallery of completed work before booking, and communication with individual artists happens directly through their own social media channels. The studio is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, in Southampton, and also offers piercing services alongside its tattoo work.
