Owner Juliet has over 19 years of tattooing experience, having worked in Preston for 8 years before running her own studio in Southport for a further 8 years, and now operates back home in Preston alongside fellow full-time custom tattoo artist Hannah, with guest artists also contributing to the studio's work.

The studio operates as a private space, with enquiries handled by email rather than walk-ins, though rare walk-in opportunities are occasionally announced via their Instagram page. Clients are booked in only once size, placement and idea are confirmed, and custom designs are typically completed one to two weeks before the appointment. The team is upfront about their capabilities, redirecting clients to another suited artist if a requested style falls outside what they offer. Alongside custom tattooing, the studio also provides laser removal services, reflecting a considered, honest approach to client care throughout the whole process.
