Mother North Tattoo

Mother North Tattoo is an appointment-only tattoo studio in Hull's historic Old Town, Kingston upon Hull. The studio specialises in high quality custom tattooing to suit a range of different styles, working with clients to create bespoke pieces rather than off-the-shelf designs. It is based in the newly restored Danish Buildings, also known as Bayles House, with the space split over two levels to offer privacy and discretion during visits.

The team is led by owner and tattoo artist Haylie, alongside artists Chloe and Liz, and apprentices Maddie, Cathy and Danielle, giving clients a range of hands and styles to choose from under one roof. Consultations and bookings are arranged directly with individual artists, several of whom offer online booking as well as direct messaging through their personal Instagram accounts. With its considered setting in a restored heritage building and its appointment-only structure, the studio is geared toward a calm, private tattooing experience in the heart of Hull's Old Town.
