Established in 2008, DragonHeart Tattoo UK Ltd has built a strong reputation in Edinburgh for quality custom tattoo artwork. The studio specialises in bespoke, custom-designed pieces, believing that the experience of being tattooed is just as memorable as the artwork itself. Visitors are offered free consultations, a free custom design service, competitive hourly rates and full-day session discounts, all delivered within a relaxed, informative and fun studio atmosphere. Alongside tattooing, the studio also provides body piercing and gift vouchers, making it a versatile destination for body art in the city.

The team is led by co-owner and senior tattoo artist Jan Craig, who has been tattooing for over a decade and works closely with clients to design pieces that carry personal meaning. She is joined by artists who have grown within the studio, including one who joined in 2016 and has developed into an all-round tattooist, and another who completed his apprenticeship on site. Body piercing is handled by a dedicated piercer offering walk-in appointments across several days each week. Open six days a week, the studio welcomes both booked appointments and walk-ins, with all tattoo clients required to be over 18.
