Vellum Tattoo

Vellum Tattoo is an independent artists' collective based in West Bridgford, Nottingham. The studio describes itself as a warm, creative space that welcomes everyone through the door to collaborate on a unique tattoo that tells their story. Rather than offering a fixed catalogue of designs, the team focuses on custom, bespoke artwork built around each client's personal experiences, tastes and reasons for getting tattooed, whether commemorative, decorative, or simply meaningful to the wearer. Free consultations are offered to talk through ideas before booking, and the studio takes pride in creating tattoos as individual as the people wearing them.

The team works across custom and cover-up tattooing, with artists individually bookable through the studio. Vellum uses vegan-friendly tattooing products as standard, reflecting a considered approach to materials as well as design. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays, and clients can find artist profiles, pricing guidance, and frequently asked questions through the studio's own booking process. Whether you're planning a first tattoo or reworking an older piece into something that better reflects who you are now, Vellum's collaborative, story-driven ethos underpins every project undertaken in the studio.
