The Black Vatican Tattoo Co

The Black Vatican Tattoo Co. is a private tattoo studio in Milton, Ontario, established in 2021. Operating strictly by appointment, the studio has no set walk-in hours, and clients must be 18 or older to be tattooed there. It is a dedicated tattoo space only, with no piercer or piercing jewelry on site. The team includes artists Xavier, Jake, and Matt, each with their own portfolio gallery showcasing their individual work, and prospective clients are directed to a tattoo request form to connect directly with an artist about a custom piece.

Work coming out of the studio spans black and grey tattooing, fine line work, and hatch-style shading, applied to pieces ranging from small designs to larger outer-leg sleeves. The artists take on a wide variety of subject matter, from nature-inspired imagery like scorpions and roses to pop-culture and gaming references. The private, appointment-based structure reflects a focused, one-on-one approach to each session in Milton. Clients interested in booking are encouraged to reach out through the studio's contact channels or Instagram, where the artists regularly share completed tattoos and studio updates.
