Good Mourning Tattoo Company

Good Mourning Tattoo Company is a Winnipeg tattoo studio built around a collective of independent artists working under one roof. The shop is home to a roster including Kyra, Seph, Jeff, Red, Amber, Kenzi, and Planty, each maintaining their own portfolio and booking process, so clients are encouraged to reach out to individual artists directly for questions on designs, pricing, and availability. This structure gives the space a range of styles and approaches under a single collective identity, rather than a single house style, making it a good stop for people seeking out a specific artist's work in the city.

Beyond tattooing, the studio also offers piercing services, handled by a dedicated piercer, Keara. The shop is wheelchair friendly and maintains a strict 18-and-over policy, requiring valid government-issued photo ID from anyone getting tattooed or pierced. Gift certificates are managed individually by each artist rather than sold at the front desk. Located in Winnipeg on Treaty No. 1 territory, the studio acknowledges the traditional lands of the Anishinabe, Ininew, Oji-Cree, Dene, and Dakota peoples, and the Métis Nation homeland. Updates and additional work from the team can be found through the shop's Instagram and Facebook pages.
