Crest Coast Tattoo & Art Gallery is a tattoo studio and art gallery based in Terrytown, Louisiana, specializing in realism, portraiture, and cover-up tattoos. The studio is led by artist Justin, who began as a painter before discovering tattooing and has been working in the craft since 2012, bringing over 13 years of experience to every piece. He opened his own professional studio in 2019, built around a focus on custom artwork, attention to detail, and a dedication to craftsmanship that shapes each tattoo from concept to completion.
The studio emphasizes custom design work tailored to each client's vision, with cover-ups listed as a particular specialty alongside detailed realism and portrait tattooing. Clients are encouraged to bring reference photos, placement ideas, and size details to help shape a personalized design. The shop is primarily appointment-based but welcomes walk-ins when availability allows, and consultations are offered for more complex requests, including tattooing over healed scars. Beyond tattooing, the space doubles as an art gallery, reflecting Justin's painting background and rounding out its identity as a creative studio in the greater New Orleans area.
