Dragon's Eye Tattoo

Dragon's Eye Tattoo brings three decades of tattooing experience to Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The studio is owned and operated by Ken Jago Jr., an internationally award-winning artist who has been tattooing for 30 years, with the shop itself open for 17 years. Clients can get both black and grey and color tattoo work, and the studio is well known locally as the place to go for cover-ups. Appointments are required for all tattoo work, and the team asks clients to share placement, size, and color preferences ahead of time so sessions can be planned efficiently.

Safety and cleanliness are central to the studio's approach: equipment is sterilized to hospital-grade standards, and new needles are used for every tattoo. The space includes a privacy booth for clients who want more discretion, along with wireless internet and free in-shop estimates. The studio is state licensed and no longer offers piercing services, though a limited selection of body jewelry remains available. In line with studio policy, tattoo services are not provided to anyone under 18. Walk-ins are not accepted, keeping the focus on dedicated, appointment-based care for every client who comes through the door.
