Ink & Iris is a professional tattoo studio where clean linework and thoughtful artistry take center stage. The shop carries a welcoming, focused atmosphere — the kind of place where clients feel at ease discussing their ideas before a needle ever touches skin. Given its Piedmont roots, the studio is well suited to styles like traditional American, blackwork, and neo-traditional, blending bold, lasting imagery with the careful detail that keeps clients coming back for additional pieces.
Dallas sits in Gaston County, a corner of North Carolina defined by its blue-collar pride, small-town community bonds, and easy access to the larger Charlotte metro. That mix shapes a clientele that tends to be unpretentious and loyal — people who want meaningful, well-executed tattoos rather than fleeting trends. The surrounding region's strong sense of personal identity and heritage makes it a natural fit for tattoo culture, and Ink & Iris reflects that grounded, community-forward spirit in every appointment.
