Inked Anatomy is a tattoo studio located in Blandon, Pennsylvania, founded in 2021 as the first female-owned and operated tattoo studio in Berks County. Owner and founder Sai Machain set out to change the traditional image of a tattoo shop, building a team-based studio that includes multiple artists working across a range of styles. The shop emphasizes a comfortable, welcoming environment rather than a purely transactional experience, aiming to build genuine relationships with clients who come in for new work, coverups, or retouches.
Clients can request a no-charge consultation to meet with an artist and discuss their tattoo before booking, and appointments are secured with a deposit that goes toward the final cost of the piece. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday, and it sells aftercare products in-house, including tattoo care ointment and numbing cream, to support healing after a session. Beyond day-to-day tattooing, the shop is involved in flash events, conventions, and private tattoo events, giving clients additional ways to connect with the artists and get inked in Blandon.
