Studio & Health Regulations
- Strict hygiene and sterilization procedures must be followed.
- All reusable equipment must be autoclave sterilized, and single-use items are recommended.
- Studios must provide clients with aftercare instructions in writing.
Age Restrictions
- Spain has no national tattoo law — regulation is set by each of the 17 autonomous communities. Most regions set the self-consent age at 16, meaning 16-17 year-olds can consent for themselves; only minors under 16 require written parental or guardian consent.
