Age Restrictions
- Germany has no statute specifically requiring parental consent to tattoo a minor. Tattooing falls under general bodily-injury law, and a minor's own consent can be legally valid if they have sufficient maturity to understand the risks. Requiring parental consent is common studio practice, not a codified legal requirement.
