My name is Charlie Cyns, a tattoo artist and owner of Dark Raine Tattoo based in Clarksville, Tennessee. I specialize in dark illustrative, black and grey, neo-traditional, and whimsical-inspired tattoo work with a focus on creating meaningful custom pieces that tell a story.

As both an artist and business owner, I’ve built Dark Raine Tattoo into an award nominated and community recognized studio known for its welcoming atmosphere, attention to detail, and dedication to quality artistry. My work is heavily inspired by dark art, femininity, nature, symbolism, and emotional storytelling, often blending florals, ravens, moths, sacred geometry, and gothic aesthetics into custom designs.
