Licensing & Training

- Completion of a state-approved bloodborne pathogens training course is required.
- Artists must renew their license every two years.

- Studios must obtain a Body Art Facility License and pass regular inspections.
- Strict sterilization protocols must be followed, including the use of an autoclave.
- All tattooing procedures must be performed using single-use needles and disposable gloves.
Age Restrictions
- Minors under 18 years old cannot receive tattoos, even with parental consent.
